Motivação e Liderança no Ambiente Organizacional

Este artigo trata-se de uma reflexão teórica sobre a necessidade da motivação e da liderança nas organizações, destacando seus principais conceitos, as necessidades do ser humano nas organizações e as diferentes características de um líder. Para isso se utilizou da pesquisa bibliográfica, pois a mesma traz com clareza as principais tarefas de um líder e os três tipos de liderança. Ao final da pesquisa, percebeu-se que, mesmo se utilizando de diferentes conceitos de autores variados, os mesmos buscam destacar o quanto é importante a motivação e a liderança num ambiente organizacional.

This article aims to show the importance of motivation and leadership in organizations, highlighting its main concepts, the needs of human beings in the organizations and the different characteristics of a leader. It was necessary a literature review, because it clarifies the main tasks of a leader and the three types of leadership. At the end of the study, it could be concluded that even using different concepts of various authors, they try to highlight the importance of motivation and leadership in the environment of an organizational.
